- Communication skills, i love speaking to people and meeting new people, as i grew up in a large, close household i've learnt that communication and kindness is the basis of interaction, and helps you thrive in communities, even ones you are new to
- Conflict resolution, i believe that customers have the right to express how they feel, in an appropriate manner, and if tats not the case i can de-escalate situations and know not to mirror their attitudes or actions
- Customer focused, im an active listener, who has empathy and shows basic human politeness as it is honestly human nature for me, and i have the ability to remain calm, and de-escalate situation
- Health and safety awareness, i do more than just follow health and safety rules, I can identify hazards, and have a large understanding of risk assessments This knowledge helps me demonstrate that im responsible, and will ensure i protect the customers and company assets
