• Designing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Providing best practice to marketplaces both in technical and business aspects.
• Identifying custom requirements during consulting phase or during the project.
• Updating stakeholders and customers regularly through meetings and emails.
• Working closely with product and tech team for customisations occurred during the projects.

Providing day-to-day support to data analytics/product through managing backend outsourced engineering teams. Providing technical support to Service Delivery Managers and Product Managers on any issues raised and providing support in planning, executing and data quality assurance in new projects raised. Following the project in full life cycle in an agile and lean environment. Main duties include:

• Providing budget, resource and risk estimation as a team during pre-sale with Sales Team, Account Manager and Engineers
• Executing plans on budget, resourcing and risk management on scraping and mapping during onboarding with Engineers and Service Delivery Team
• Setting up in-house scheduling interface
• Providing technical support regarding scraping and mapping (issue tracking and investigation) to client, Account Executive and Customer Support Team
• Documenting and standardising project specific criteria and logs for future reference

Worked in a family-run business and managed 18 small-scale projects and 3 large scale projects - providing gas and plumbing services to 320 homes from start to finish. About 90% of projects were completed on time within the budget. Main duties include:

• Reviewing and preparing contracts, cost estimates and insurance.
• Relationship building and maintaining with engineers and suppliers.
• Allocating engineers, subcontractors and company labour.
• Planning, scheduling and controlling the projects.

Prepared and coordinated app localisation projects and few performance improvement projects. Helped the company to retain the investment from a Chinese investor.
