The National has a wide range of income generating revenue streams including a food business that nets approx. £100m per annum. The food business operates under a centralized operating model with the National Development Team taking full responsible for the strategic development and implementation of a range of category propositions across 300 food outlets.



  • Implemented the strategic development of the new outdoor food category from ideation through to product launch
  • Extensive experience in piloting new food concepts
  • Financial analysis of piloted concepts assessing P&L and ROI
  • Organised and implemented incremental improvements based on operational feedback
  • Built solid interdepartmental working relationships with both the National and Operational teams
  • Direct involvement in unit build, equipment selection, operational guidance, POS, onsite testing and properly costed food offers
