Work history

Kiosk Assistant

Sodexo
  • When working in a kiosk during football games, it is important to work accurately and fast, be able to handle both cash and card and be able to keep the workstation clean and clean up for closing. I took this job whilst I was just leaving Highschool and it was an amazing first experience, it can be a stressful job but working as a team with others was one of the best parts.

Petrol Station Assistant

Spar
2023.01
  • I took this job at the start of 2023, and I immediately loved every part. Talking with the regulars, become close with co-workers and being able to grow further out of my shell was an experience I could never forget. As a petrol station worker, I was expected to stock up and dispose of produce, serve customers and handle cash or card transactions, keep the workspace clear and clean, and at nights mopping the floor, cleaning the coffee machines and locking up. However, I unfortunately had to leave my position earlier than I'd wanted to as college strikes meant I had to work overtime in college to assure I passed with the grades I wanted.
