Summary

I have worked for the NHS for the last 22 years. I have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. I am approachable, assertive and a confident person and work
exceptionally well under pressure. I am able to de-escalate situations discreetly and tactfully whilst
remaining professions throughout. I work very well alongside the community mental health teams
and contribute towards multi- disciplinary teams of all levels on a daily basis. I travel to different bases
and am able to communicate with all levels and I am not afraid to ask for help if required.


In my spare time I compete in Strongman events and promote people of all genders and capabilities to undertake this. I am Level 3 trained in Personal training where I create specific training programs for my clients of all backgrounds. I am also the head coach at Sons of Anxiety which is a safe place for substance and alcohol missus for recovering addicts where i support recovery and wellbeing which encouraging fitness.
