I currently work for the army reserves which I go to on drill / training nights every other Tuesday (STC), I also participate in numerous training weekends and courses throughout the year but this leaves me with plenty of time for myself and to have a full time job.
My time in the army reserves has definitely been the best career choice that I have picked, the highly demanding, physically and mental challenge has made me into a better person with many skills and attributes I have obtained, from listening to higher ranks above me I have learnt many skills in becoming a better person.
these skills that I have pointed out below has definitely benefited my life in many situations :
in my time in the army I have volunteered myself to complete many few jobs / opportunities such as organising stores equipment which I had to organise numerous numbers of equipment and distribute to fellow soldiers to meet there demand.
I have also completed many courses which has made me very reliable in different ways such as : being on time, making sure everything is correct and useful for the exercise / course.
further more I've developed friendships and acquaintances with fellow staff and soldiers, this helps in my communication skill as I am very chatty, approachable, friendly, polite and welcoming.
I am confident in the work that is always set up for me which makes me have no issues on completing tasks without hesitation or worry that something could go wrong as I would always have a plan of action if needed.
My experience at Watson's Bakery was beneficial in my development of becoming a confident team leader and person who can communicate with employees and customers with their demands.
I worked in various work stations in the bakery which included, being the main team leader of the packing station for over 6 months, I also worked behind the oven which was very demanding and on a tight schedule on most days.

Hello, My name is William John Hartley, I was born on the 11th of May 2004, in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. I grew up in a small town in West Yorkshire called Mirfield which I currently still live in. I grew up with 2 older brothers and a lovely friendship group.
I am a hard working, honest individual. I am a good timekeeper, always willing to learn new skills. I am friendly, helpful and polite, have a good sense of humour. I am able to work independently in busy environments and also within a team setting. I am outgoing and tactful, and able to listen effectively when solving problems.
I love helping people especially the elder and vulnerable as I regularly check up on my grandparents and my family.
I also regularly like to keep fit and active by going to the gym a few times a week and a cheeky run every couple days or so.
