Summary

I consider myself to dedicated and hardworking individual who commits 100% of their effort to each task assigned, through my life I have always given all my effort to every Physical job or Digital assignment set over me. I have always been a Physically active individual enjoying challenges that test and develop my mental resilience, examples of these being the '3 Peaks mountaineering challenge' which I completed with no more than a map and transport to each location after each climb was completed but also the aspects of Psychological challenge having been a Junior firearms instructor since the age of 13 and become an fully fledged instructor from 16 these skills being more use as a Skill at arms instructor in cadets from whence I was a Cadet Sergeant prior to applying to the Army last September and being sworn in January. I take every single opportunity to further my skills and knowledge and become a more valuable worker and asset to every employer I am working under.

Within my time in the Infantry and the Armed forces as a whole I have become a resourceful Soldier with ability to rapidly plan and be able to those same adapt plans in high stress and pressure situations on the go, It has also allowed me to have high cohesion with colleagues within work settings and has developed my social confidence allowing me to rapidly connect with new people in all environment's. I have great organisational skill's from my time serving as well often providing logistical support as an assistant storeman managing the equipment for an entire company's worth of soldier.

In my previous report's from my unit my superiors have described me as having a 'Positive and steady attitude towards every task' and 'A Smart and disciplined individual who shows leadership aspects that should be capitalised upon'. I try to keep myself to the highest standard and be able to provide dedicated work ethic to not only be able to progress personally in my career's but to also be an asset to whomever I am working for at that time and I hope that with even further time and experience I will be able to further that perspective even more.
