• Responsible for attending client board meetings on behalf of INDOS Financial Limited as Depositary as well as leading annual Due Diligence meetings with the funds AIFM's both in person and virtually.
• Streamlined several processes by implementing formulas and conditional formatting to excel files therefore allowing analysts to complete work more efficiently. Additionally, involved in the identification and implementation of efficiencies within our bespoke "Depocheck" platform.
• Responsible for understanding and addressing issues associated with a problematic client and communicating these issues as well as potential updates directly to individuals that report to the risk committee.

• Reviewing the cash flow monitoring, management account reviews and asset verification of the analysts in the team.
• A key member of the team in weathering a minor recruitment crisis where approximately 50% of the team left in the space of 3 months post pandemic, as well as being involved with the recruitment and interviews of new team members.
• Responsible for the successful onboarding and ongoing management of one of the highest revenue earning relationships in the PERE team.

• Responsible for the training of several new hires as well as providing assistance and guidance for any internal queries to free up time for management, made all the more difficult by the pandemic.
• Involved with the integration from a manual handwritten cash flow monitoring process to a more efficient digital process within a bespoke INDOS system called "Depocheck".
• Allocated more complex and strategically important funds to my existing portfolio.

Hired as the third member of a new and growing team responsible for the day-to-day cash flow monitoring, management account review and asset verification of a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate funds.

• Monitoring fund bank account activity on a daily basis.
• Managing and clearing a backlog of monthly and quarterly management account reviews.
• Setting up and maintaining Asset Registers for a variety of listed and unlisted PERE funds who have assets across a variety of jurisdictions.
