Motivated student with a years experience working in a Cafe. A friendly and personable individual with strong communication skills and ability to work well in team environment. I am particularly proud of how I learnt to cope in a fast paced role whilst delivering a positive experience for all customers. I have also trained many new colleagues to a high standard. I've also recently opened and closed the Cafe before and after my shifts, ensuring the Cafe is left in a clean and presentable manner for the next day. Whilst with Gilbert White, I then branched out to other events on the site, regularly bartending at weddings, music festivals and prom nights. These events allowed me to learn new skills, particularly the importance of high quality, fast paced service. However, I still believe I have a lot of room to grow in a role such as a Barista and would therefore like to continue to learn with your company.
