• Perform purchasing activities to support project delivery

• Proactively identify / mitigate potential risks and issues with suppliers
• Liaise with project teams to ensure project needs are understood and achieved
• Resolve commercial disputes with suppliers effectively and efficiently
• Act as key point of contact for after sales and warranty support
• Help to establish robust processes with core supply partners
• Monitor and report supplier performance regarding DLP support

• Manage all contracts related for general services.

• Lead on Procurement team activities.

• Manage all contracts related to Naval.

• Lead on Procurement activities related to Naval Technical Training Institute.

• RSAF Pilots & Technicians training and all related contracts.

• Source the local market for any potential supplier to participate on local industrialization and final assembly in Kingdom.

• Develop contracts and agreement with local suppliers to support the industrialization program.

• Managing all procurement activities related to BAE Systems’ accommodations compounds such as, Operation & Maintenance contracts all over the kingdom.

• Catering and labour contracts for company’s offices and RSAF bases nationwide.

• All procurement activities related to the company’s 28 branches nationwide. Including labour & warehouses.

• Managing all logistics contracts within KSA and GCC.

• Chillers and workshops spare parts and maintenance.

• Focal point for all HR requirements such as training and transportation contracts.

• Media and PR Projects.

• Waste management activities.
