Additionally, I was able to focus my reflective report assignment on this event, as it provided insight into my personal journey and motivated me to further pursue a career in HRM. As a second-year student, the experience I gained during my first year was crucial since I needed to understand what lies ahead after graduation. This event provided essential knowledge and insights.
Interest: I have a deep enthusiasm for basketball. During the summer break following university, I mainly coordinate basketball games with friends or others in our community. Engaging in basketball has imparted valuable lessons in discipline and commitment, as organising these activities requires regularity, with the goal of playing three days a week.
