As I worked at Sail Inn I gained crucial skills which are highlighted below. My job included taking orders from customers, use the tilt, complete customers payments, than deliver the food to the customers. My biggest achievement was on Christmas eve, I managed a table of 10+ customers and I was able to do so by providing quick delivery service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
My main job at Lounges was to prepare food plates, clean up tables and deliver food. The biggest obstacles was when the whole Cafe would be filled up with customers, in those situations I maintained a good attitude and mainly focused on maintaining a good flow for the orders. As one table will be done , another will occupy it in seconds.
At Tres Bon I mainly took customer orders, deliver food and clean tables.
