Implementation of ATS
At Deliverect, when I joined, it was a fledgling startup without an ATS. I took charge of implementing our first ATS system (Personio), overseeing its setup and integration into our recruitment processes. Later, I played a key role in the implementation and testing of a more advanced ATS (Lever).
Implementation of new HRIS
We have successfully implemented Odoo and made a transition from Atlas. This was essential for the effective absence management of the production team as the HRIS system is linked to the ERP system they use for managing operations.
Employer Branding Projects:
Led and worked on various employer branding initiatives. A notable achievement was collaborating with a graphic designer at Deliverect to develop an interactive candidate pack. This animated pack detailed the candidate journey, from the first interview onwards, and effectively communicated our mission. I also collaborated in the creation of a "meet the team" video with an external marketing agency.
Providing training for leaders
In collaboration with the fellow Talent Partner at FundApps, we trained several Head of/C-level leaders on interviewing and giving feedback. We also provided them with insights to our processes and pain points to improve communication and collaboration. In addition, we provided training on recording feedback on our ATS ( Lever). The training was interactive and we received great feedback from the hiring managers.
Equally at SA Equipment I developed a leadership training program where I regularly provide training sessions for people managers, including keeping them updated with the legislation changes. I also partnered with the pitman training centre where we send our new leaders for external workshops to set the basics.
University Partnerships:
Established and nurtured a collaboration with Kingston University at FundApps and Glasgow University at SA Equip, actively participating in their career event tailored for entry-level positions.
TUPE Project
As an HR coordinator at Sky in the beginning of my HR career I was working on the smooth transfer of employees in the TUPE project. I was involved with all stages of the process, from transferring to background checking and onboarding.
