I have worked with tracheostomy and spinal cord injury patient, My job role is to ensure the safety of the service user to improve their quality of care. I ensure their care plan is followed as written, eg is suctioning. personal care. oxygen therapy. nebulizers .oral care, ventilator is been monitored including all vital signs, Medications are given according to their MAR Chat,

My priority is to make sure i give practical and emotional support to a broad range of individuals and the community as a whole ,ensuring policies are applied appropriately.

Monitoring ,observing and recording service users condition is very important. All clinical duties including infection prevention, personal care and overall reassurance, comfort safety and dignity.
