Passionate Sociology graduate with experience supporting vulnerable children and young people through roles with Safe Families, St. Mary's Laudato Si, and Hand in Hand. Skilled in empathetic engagement, safeguarding, and tackling inequality. I see beyond the offence to the child and believe behaviour reflects deeper experiences. With a valid enhanced DBS and a strong commitment to restorative practice, I am eager to contribute to Birmingham Youth Justice Service's progressive and child-centred approach.
