I am a hardworking individual who thrives on improving myself both personally and professionally I have worked in my current setting for 1 year, having previously worked there for 13 years Over those years I have developed a wide range of skills and strategies needed to work with children However I am always looking for ways to help gain a better understanding of children's complex needs
At my previous school I completed ELSA training and lead a team of four academies in leading and completing nurture sessions I have also completed referrals to outside agencies I have a wide range of skills which I can apply to any new role I am fortunate enough to take on I have two teenage daughters who have autism and ADHD, so on a personal level I am learning the complex needs of each individual child and young person
