- Started as Level 3 practitioner, working with 2-3 years and Preschool, which developed into roles as a Support Senior, Senior Nursery Nurse, Team Leader, and a short period of time as temporary Behaviour Coordinator.
- Undertaken regular training, both requested by the setting, and also of my own interest. Progressed to Foundation Degree to further my knowledge.

- Oversee a key group, planning and creating activities tailored to child's individual needs and interests, linking with 7 areas of the EYFS.
