I have been based in the United Kingdom, employed with Crown Care at Astley Hall Care Home, Daventry. Initially joining as a Senior Care Assistant, I was later promoted to Care Practitioner after completing a competency framework equivalent to registered nurse practice within the care home sector. In this role, I have delivered safe, person-centred care to residents with dementia, long-term conditions, and palliative needs, while also supporting clinical skills such as wound care, observations, and medication management. This experience has helped me to adapt to UK healthcare systems and regulations, reinforcing the importance of compassion, respect, and dignity in elderly care. In 2014, I moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to join King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, one of the region’s leading JCIA and Magnet-recognised hospitals. Over nearly seven years, I worked in the Paediatric Haematology and Oncology Unit, providing specialist care to children with cancer, haematological conditions, and post bone marrow transplant. My role involved chemotherapy administration, strict infection control, pain management, and family-centred support. I was also entrusted with charge nurse responsibilities, which included staff allocation, multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and governance.

Bangalore, where I worked in casualty and medical-surgical wards, developing strong assessment skills, managing acutely unwell patients, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. I then progressed to Manipal Hospital, a 600-bed tertiary care centre, where I gained valuable paediatric and surgical experience, including IV cannulation and assisting with invasive procedures such as porta cath insertions
