As a volunteer sales associate during my A-Level years, I assisted in a range of tasks, such as working the till, promoting a Christmas raffle to customers for an additional donation, item labeling when new stock came in, organizing existing stock in the shop, arranging window displays to draw customers, and greeting customers as well as advising them with a warm and friendly manner.

Conducted weekly english learning support one-on-one with children of primary school age whose mother-tongue was Italian. This consisted of me aiding them in their homework, preparing them for english tests and enabling them to practise their english conversation skills. I had to find ways to keep the children engaged, establishing skills in clear communication and organisation.
