

I am an 18-year-old Health and Social Care student with strong GCSEs and a first-year certificate in my course. I have gained experience working as a SEND Support Assistant and volunteering at Cancer Research, where I developed my communication, teamwork and customer service skills. I am naturally empathetic, calm and responsible, and I enjoy supporting and interacting with people. In my free time I like reading, journalling and learning about mental health, which reflects my caring nature and interest in helping others
As a Guest Experience Host at Cadbury World, I provided friendly and professional customer service to visitors across exhibition, reception and 4D areas. My role involved welcoming guests, delivering information through public speaking, managing queues and ensuring a smooth visitor flow. I handled cash and till operations responsibly while maintaining a positive and approachable manner. This position strengthened my communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability and active listening skills, as well as my ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment. I consistently focused on creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests.
