My role involved welcoming guests, delivering information through public speaking, managing queues and ensuring a smooth visitor flow. I handled cash and till operations responsibly while maintaining a positive and approachable manner. This position strengthened my communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability and active listening skills, as well as my ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
