• Lead QA team, defining test strategy, test plans, defect management, release validation process and overseeing quality assurance activities across various business-critical applications supporting vehicle auction operations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prevent production defects, identify risk and also involved in release sign-off activities to maintain high product quality standards and maintain uninterrupted business operations.
• Involved in end-to-end testing of Auction Management System (AMS), the core operational platform responsible for managing vehicle data, sales processing, transport, finance, and end-to-end auction workflows, considering functional/API/UI and user experience testing
• Designed and implemented Cypress-based automation framework from scratch, automating smoke and regression test suites, reducing regression testing, including integrating it with TeamCity CI pipeline and publishing results to Cypress Dashboard, reducing testing effort by 70% and decreasing test execution time, enabling faster sprint releases.
• Performed Salesforce functional, integration, and workflow automation testing, validating AMS integrations and client-specific configurations.
• Contributed to designing and supporting SQL-based reporting solutions, working with developers to integrate reports into AMS for business and customer usage.
• Developed SharePoint-based documentation, including user manuals, operational guides, and release notes, supporting internal teams and sprint delivery.
