VVIP Complex Care Experience

During my career as an Intensive Care Nurse I have managed many VVIP Complex Care Clients in the community as a Lead Nurse. Main duties involved, setting up Intensive Care in the home, managing the daily personalised care of the client. Ensuring the client and family wishes are upheld at all times. Arranging all medical appointment. Arranging days out. My main passion is person centred  care. It give me great joy to see my client and family happy and well cared for. I have extremely high standards of care.
