Toni Gleaves

I am a hardworking, compassionate individual who strives to be successful in all I encounter. I am reliable and passionate about helping people. I am a single parent to two special educational needs children who have taught me to be resilient, empathetic, caring and aware of other people’s feelings and diversities.

I am a critical thinker who completed several reflective pieces during placements at university. I have also sought out guidance and feedback from my lecturers, colleagues and service users to enable me to reflect on my practice and further develop my skills and knowledge.

• 2014-2016- I moved abroad and took a year out, i then fell pregnant with my first child and brought him up for a year before returning back to employment.
• 2019-2021- I took some time out to concentrate on my own well-being.
