I often exercise and keep fit by doing various things, such as going to the gym regularly and also training at my local amateur boxing gym, who have helped me to grow as a person and helped me achieve a so far undefeated record in amateur boxing. This shows how dedicated I am, as when I set my mind to a goal, I know I will achieve it, further showing my discipline and strong work ethic.
