helping out for my college's open day in the music department. I was on the front of house, welcoming students and parents, answering any questions they had on the subject while also being able to guide them on what is in the building. Dealing with all ranges of questions based on the subject and handling it to the best of my abilities.

At the Winchester City Museum I worked with with an excellent team of employees and helped with any needs they wanted assistance on.

• using cleaning equipment to carry out tasks, which included wiping of windows, dusting of shelves, sanitising railings and keeping the overall tidiness of the museum
• Helping them out with the setup up their workshops by carrying tables, moving equipment, painting, testing out the experiences
• Welcoming or talking to customers, talking about the little exhibitions I had set up
• Coming up with a creative way to have an interactive guide on making a historical viking house that I created using some paper and glue for a younger audience
