Tin Thu Zar Win

In my role at Namco, I work mainly at the counter where I take food orders, serve customers and make sure order are fulfilled correctly.I also help with preparing simple food items, meeting hygiene standards, keeping the counter area clean and organized, and making sure everything is stocked and available . I am experience in dealing with customers queries, assist with any issues and make sure everyone feels welcomed and looked after. I also help tidy up the seating area, clear tables and support the team with any other tasks needed to keep the place running smoothly.

While waiting to receive refugee status I worked at Barnardos charity shop in Braintree as a volunteer worker. My role included customer service and preparation of donated items for resale.

My duties included helping English speaking children in Myanmar with coding and improving their I.T skills. I was also able to prepare children for exams and international coding competitions.
