  • Developing and implementing strategic digital merchandising plans to optimize product visibility across PLP's with a key focus on conversion rate and AOV, among other metrics.
  • Frequent analysis of homepage, key landing pages, search behaviour and navigation performance to identify trends, areas to improve. Feeding back to marketing, merchandising and design teams to advise and act on changes where needed.
  • Collaborating with marketing, merchandising and design teams to plan, implement and maintain key promotions across site, optimising for performance while ensuring needs of stakeholders from all areas are met.
  • Working with tools such as Attraqt to manage upsells, cross-sells, content personalisation, faceting search results, PLP merchandising and more to contribute towards meeting a variety of KPIs.
  • Managing on site product categorisation, tagging and more to ensure appropriate visibility and PLP population.
  • Working closely with content teams to ensure product copy and images are optimised for both conversion and SEO.
  • Collaboration with developement team to seek oppurtunities to improve UX and further meet conversion goals and other KPIs.
  • Working with SEO team to optimise category copy, product copy, and roll out new categories where demand is high, while ensuring any new content is appropriately inline with the brand and suitable product ranges are available.
  • Managing on site messaging, rules and tagging to ensure accuracy and optimsiation of systems such as pre-orders, click & collect, dropshipping and more.
