I am a successful, experienced Head Teacher currently leading an inclusive secondary academy. Over my time as Headteacher I have led the academy through two successful OFSTED inspections. I have transformed the academy into a successful over-subscribed school I have demonstrated success in curriculum development and school improvement strategies that have led to strong academic progress. I also led the academy through the priority schools building program.
