Duration : Four weeks
Description : Understand the overall organizational structure of the company, collect the information data from different departments like financial, marketing and human resources. Different departments have different roles and responsibilities which will be analysed in this report. In this report I explain about the interconnection between various departments and their tasks related to each other. As an Intern I have understood the functions of all the various departments, which includes Several Roles and Responsibilities.

Description : As HR, analysing the job performance of employees is a me consuming and highly responsible task because every employee has a different behavioural attitude and way of working is unique. Measuring the Job Performance includes behaviour as well as way of handling the work. In this Report the employees performance is analysed individually and factors affecting it will be explained and handled by HR.
