     Description :  Understand  the  overall  organizational  structure  of  the company,  collect  the  information  data  from  different  departments  like financial, marketing and human   resources. Different departments have different roles and responsibilities which will be analysed in  this report. Measuring  the  Job  Performance  includes  behaviour  as  well as  way  of handling the work. In this Report the employees performance is analysed individually and factors affecting it will be explained and handled by HR.
