
I have over 10 years of experience in stock management, customer service and sales. I have worked now for over two years in my current role, leading a team, driving guest satisfaction, managing budgets, controlling stock and helping to deliver commercial results. I am skilled in building strong customer relationships, identifying needs and resolving issues effectively and efficiently to continually support the growth of the business. I wish to transition into a sales-based role where I can utilise my knowledge of the hospitality industry, communications skills and passion to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
