In addition to this I was also brought up to assist in managing the store while the CEO was working from home due to the pandemic.

• Overseeing two apprentices and assisting their progression in the IT field
• Ensuring all of our products were in stock, this included checking with a dozen or so suppliers on a frequent basis.
• Tallying up the end of day revenue, ensuring all necessary paperwork is kept correctly
• Handling email migrations from non-exchange servers onto an MS 365 exchange server

• Using a wide array of tools to resolve both hardware/software issues in a timely manner
• Shadowing the senior staff to increase exposure to new ways of working previously unknown (to me)

• Monitored stock levels and wrote timely order supply requests to replenish merchandise.
