Job role includes constant customer interactions of different natures, helping shoppers find items of interest. Work as a customer assistant in a large Tesco store. Responsible for stocking shelves, handling the arrival of deliveries, checking the rotation of dates on fresh food products etc. I stepped up into a temporary management role after 4 months of employment, where I was put in charge of overlooking the entire fresh foods department. This role involved making sure that the presentation of the department was perfect and that all operations were carried out properly. Along with this, I was responsible for helping customers and opening and closing the store and the petrol station.

Led a team of international volunteers in a intense and fast paced customer service setting. Worked within a 70,000+ capacity stadium across multiple twelve hour shifts. Responsibilities included cooking and handling food, serving customers and working cash registers, stocking and managing inventory, as well as keeping up team morale in a positive work

Worked in this role just before going to college. Gained an insight to fast paced customer service and pubic interaction. Able to build confidence, as well as learning how a team of employees work efficiently.
