singing and Travelling

I started singing when I was eight years old. For me, singing is a powerful relaxation technique that combines the benefits of music, mindfulness, and social connection to promote a sense of calm and well- being. Singing gives me joy. I am also a choir lead in my church and I have represented my church in many religious events.

I also love exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and trying new foods for example, I have explored almost all the states in Nigeria and also explored countries like the Gambia, Rwanda, Senegal, United State of America, Dubai and United Kingdom. Traveling for me is a holistic relaxation technique that addresses physical, mental, and emotional well-being by providing a break from routine, fostering exploration and discovery, promoting mindfulness, and facilitating social connection.
