Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing), daily tasks and manual handling.
Helping with household chores (shopping, cleaning, meals) and medication (after in-house training).
Monitoring health and well-being. Providing companionship and emotional support. Supporting access to community activities and appointments. Following care plans, keeping records, and communicating with relevant people. Safeguarding individuals from harm and reporting any concerns.
