I have experience working with children, young people, and vulnerable individuals across educational, care, and professional environments. This includes supporting children with Special Educational Needs, including autism, as well as working in care settings supporting elderly clients. These roles have developed my ability to remain patient, adaptable, and focused on individual needs, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Alongside this, I have gained administrative and professional experience within media and talent agencies, where I developed strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. I also took part in setting up and running a bookshop organisation, where I was involved in coordinating tasks, supporting organisation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Across all my experience, I have demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and the ability to build positive relationships quickly, making me confident in adapting to different school environments and supporting pupils effectively as part of a supply or classroom support team.
