This was my second placement, this was the Royal South Hans Hospital, Central District Nursing Team. During this placement I was able to:

• Demonstrated empathetic understanding towards patients' families; facilitated effective communication about the progression of patients’ conditions.
• Conducted health assessments to identify areas requiring medical intervention.
• Collaborated closely with other nurses on the team, fostered a supportive work environment conducive for swift patient recovery times.

• Administered medication for better control over patients' symptoms.

• Conducted efficient handovers at shift change; ensured continuity of quality care for all patients.

This was my first placement in Southampton General Hospital, ward F11, Intestinal Failure. During this placement I was able to:
