New starter offers, contracts, and payroll processing
Pre‑ and post‑employment checks
Internal moves, contractual changes, promotions, and flexible‑working requests
Family‑leave processes, including Maternity, Paternity, and Shared Parental Leave
Holiday entitlement calculations
Leaver processing and exit interviews
Responding to and completing reference requests
• Working closely with ER and HR Business Partners, ensuring business and employee related matters are dealt with appropriately
• Creating and maintaining up to date HR files for all employees, in line with internal processes.
• Managing all HR systems required for daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
• Adhering to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance.
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to the HR team
• Support with internal and external audits.
• Verifying proof of right to work, references and successful completion of probationary periods.
