Summary

I have worked within the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Sector for 20 years. Within this time I have gained experience of working with women who have been victims/survivors of VAWG and multiple disadvantage. I have worked in high risk services providing crisis intervention, carrying out risk assessments and advocacy with the relevant agencies. As a Service Manager I have managed several domestic abuse project and teams of people, partnerships, budgets and relationships with funders and commissioners. I have experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with organisations within the sector and am able to communicate with people at all levels. I have extensive experience in training organisations on this subject matter to ensure they provide an appropriate response. My recent roles involved assessing and analysing written information as well as partnership working and coordination of domestic abuse related death review. I am passionate about working within the VAWG sector and making a difference to the lives of those impacted by it.
