The project’s scope was to conduct performance testing on their energy management platforms and customer service applications following significant infrastructure upgrades to ensure scalability and improved performance in response to growing customer demand and evolving market conditions.

• Defined and implemented performance testing strategies aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Developed comprehensive performance test plans for load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing.

• Led a team of performance testers, providing mentorship, technical oversight, and managing day-to-day activities.

Project's scope is to performance test the instant Photo kiosks after the upgrades in infrastructure and services to accommodate the increasing customer growth in market.

They provide financial services like Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Insurance and Wealth & International services. Commercial banking domain's scope is to replace the legacy infrastructure and services with an upgraded infrastructure to accommodate the increasing customer growth in the market.

• Led 15 member team as part of Commercial banking tower were Performance tested and delivered application/projects which are related to Commercial banking.
