Summary

I am a highly experienced, passionate and innovative senior technology, quality engineering, transformation and most importantly, people leader. I'm an accredited ICF Team Coach (Barefoot Coaching), certified Agile coach & team facilitator (ICAgile) and Agile leader (CAL1).

I have over 25 years of experience in the Tech industry in numerous different Quality focused leadership roles, and have worked in a number of different sectors including retail, travel, financial services and publishing. Often leading on and being involved in large scale transformation, driving and enabling cultural change to engrain Quality and customer value into the DNA of what teams do on a day to day basis.

Over those years, I have continued to grow and evolve my leadership skills and style to where I am today, and I pride myself in being a true catalyst leader, mentor and coach. At the forefront of my leadership style are people, and ensuring to invest the time to build relationships, but also create trust and psychological safety for everyone to be their authentic selves, be empowered and grow their skills.

I focus on building teams of all sizes that supplement and support each other with a clear vision and purpose. Providing them with the environment to experiment, fail and learn without fear of blame. By doing this, teams thrive, are more engaged and just go from strength to strength. Delivering the business needs and value to customers more effectively as one.

I also pride myself on giving back to the wider Quality, tech and leadership community, sharing insights and learnings to help others to grow in our industry. I am an international keynote speaker, conference host, event organiser and workshop facilitator.

I am also a podcast creator/host, blogger and book author under the Quality Talks brand, which I created in April 2024 to provide a one stop shop to give back to the community and organisations looking to evolve their mindsets.
