Veena is leading the development and delivery of the change management strategy for an agile operating model transformation at a local council, including change leadership development and change implementation. Veena has swiftly built trusted relationships with the SRO and has grown the account by £100k through providing more change support over the next 9 months.
Performed Change Implementation Lead and account management roles on digital transformation programmes for policing, higher education and local government clients. Most notably, Veena led the development and implementation of the business change strategy for a Learning Transformation programme at the Metropolitan Police - including successfully implementing a new operating model and Learning Management System to time and budget - impacting the whole workforce of 45,000 people. Veena successfully grew the account, from initially one Ignite change resource to achieving revenue of over £1 million over 2.5 years.
Veena designed and implemented a change management framework and established a change community of practice (CoP) at Leeds University; including gaining senior stakeholder buy-in for the value of change management and building capability of the CoP.
Veena established a central Change Management Office, responsible for delivering tailored business change solutions for large technology-enabled change initiatives across the School.
