

This CV is a snapshot of my retail journey before I took the leap into the West End entertainment industry. It may not be a traditional 10-year retail career, but every role on here has played a part in shaping the person I am today and has given me a genuine love for customer service, sales, and working with people.
I've worked across luxury fragrance, beauty, and fashion, and one thing has always stayed the same: I genuinely enjoy connecting with customers. I love learning about the products I sell and, once I know a product inside out, I become confident recommending it, sharing its story, and helping customers find something they'll love. Upselling has never felt like "selling" to me it's about creating excitement and helping customers discover more than they originally came in for.
I'm naturally energetic, approachable, and always looking for ways to make things better, whether that's improving the customer experience, supporting the team, or finding creative ways to promote a brand. I've always had a strong interest in social media and how brands connect with people online, and I'd love the opportunity to bring those ideas into a role where creativity is encouraged.
Alongside retail, I'm also a performer and artist, the ability to connect with all kinds of people. Whether I'm on stage or on the shop floor, I enjoy creating positive experiences, building relationships, and bringing good energy wherever I work.
