Joined as Picker and Loader but was recognised for my detailed and extensive knowledge of the flatpack and timber industry and promoted to Quality Manager in the furniture department for the Debenhams hub. Oversaw the product quality and pick and packing process for the whole department ensuring that loads were correctly and safely loaded and despatched. Processed all returns and prepared reports for management rereading target attainment and quality profiling of products.

Joined as apprentice Fencer rising to senior team leader charged with overseeing a team of fencers on both large and small fencing products. Duties included driving & loading of 7.5T flatbacks and arriving on sites with specific plans to carry a multitude of fencing and construction projects. Other duties included planning and costing from blueprints to ensure correct products were despatched to undertake ongoing projects all within budget.
