• Managing all aspects of Hitachi's security operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa, ensuring that all Hitachi’s Physical Security Programs, Security Directives and Policies are maintained and any failings are rectified in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
• Managing all Hitachi Security Systems Installation Projects throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa including the devising and developing of detailed Statement of Works and the installing and configuring of complex IP Access Control Systems, IP Surveillance Systems and Intrusion Systems within new, expanded and relocated Offices, Training Centre’s and Distribution Centre’s.
• Developing and implementing crisis instructions for offices across EMEA, including offices in the Middle East.
• Executing security audits and surveys of Hitachi EMEA Facilities to ensure compliance with Hitachi's policy and practices with special emphasis on Mission Critical Facilities.
• Managing, administering and supporting Hitachi's security workforce across Critical Facilities within the UK, Frankfurt, Krakow, Waardenburg and Johannesburg.
• Developing, implementing and managing complex security plans to ensure security at Hitachi Special Events including Global Events consisting of over 4000 attendees.
• Controlling and managing Global Security's EMEA annual security budget of $2M.
• Managing Hitachi's Traveler Protection Program ensuring staff business trips to High and Extreme Risk Destinations have been correctly prepared for, approved and mitigation and security measures implemented to ensure employees safety and well being.
• Conducting internal crime related investigations at Hitachi Offices throughout the EMEA geography and representing Hitachi in Criminal Hearings.
