Responsibilities:

• Communicating with various professionals, e.g. doctors, nurses, care managers, etc.
• Conducting regular building safety inspections and completing/creating necessary documentation.
• Collaborating with individuals from various departments, practitioners, and families.
• Ordering medication for various individuals (managing, dispensing, and auditing).
• Ensuring the health and safety of the residents and staff within the care home.
• Resolving daily issues and monitoring staff training while supporting them in achieving their goals.
• I ensure that all members of staff have completed their required training and provide support when needed.
