- Organised dishes into sectors, pans, cutlery etc. to priories what was needed the most in that current situation and optimise efficiency.
- Maintained the cleanliness of the main kitchen area to reduce the risk of health hazards such as cross-contamination.
- All dishes had to be hand washed as did not have a dishwasher, meaning I had to work in close proximity as other people and often had a system e.g. one person clears food off plates, other washes and the final dries.
- Covered other staff members whenever I could to ensure operation could run smoothly.
