I have recently graduated from the University of Glasgow, having obtained a Master of Social Science, with a primary field of International Relations with a Merit classification. My studies have enriched my knowledge of global politics and social public policy. I took a range of electives, developing an expansive background in political theory, history and the politics of today. Some of these being Global Energy Politics, Chinese Politics, Cold War Security Politics etc. I am now highly experienced in academic research and writing, have written policy briefs and am a confident public speaker having delivered numerous presentations throughout my academic career. Throughout my education I worked retail jobs preparing me for customer service and team-oriented roles. I now wish to embark on a career within the third sector, drawing upon my skills and research gained throughout university.
