I am a confident and caring individual that puts effort into everything I do I have grown up riding horses and during this time I learned many leadership skills including managing pony days with many children and helping them with anything they need while still keeping an eye on everyone else to ensure the day ran smoothly

Have developed excellent oral communication skills from previous role as stable hand Have excellent team-working skills which have shown through group tasks and discussions in school and have learned the importance of communicating with other team members to ensure the horses are cared for properly Always ensure I know what is being asked of me before carrying out a task Have also been able to adapt communication skills to deal with different kinds of people in the yard environment Aways ensure I know what is being asked of me before I carry out a task In my previous role I also led training courses for young kids further developing my communication skills

I am a positive and enthusiastic person and can cope well in difficult situations and make decisions quickly and if I am not able to solve problems on my own recognise the need for the appropriate person to help I am a quick learner and I quickly adapt to a new environment I always ensure I know what is being asked of me before I carry out a task and am flexible in my approach to any work I carry out so that the task is carried out thoroughly and to the best of my ability

I am a conscientious person with strong attention to detail skills and take pride in creating a good impression to potential customers and am aware of the importance of carrying out tasks properly to ensure any problems which could impact the customer experience are minimised In my previous job I maintained all riding equipment to a high standard to ensure a good and lasting impression on customers who are bringing their children to the yard
