- We completed many things like we completed 2 weeks by renovating Baldock's community centre's garden into something new. By making the money for this we did a sponsored walk and raised over £150
- We also have volunteered for food rescuing for 2 days in hitchin and Welwyn garden city
- Accompanied staff at LV to learn about their work routines.
- This is a course i joined to build my confidence up

- I kept the bar and tables clean after every customer used it by wiping and sanitising it with a spray and cloth.
- I collected used glasses from tables and bar areas; this is so i could maintain a clean and organised environment so people could have fun. I would also remove any rubbish from or around the table to keep it clean.
- Every time a glass was dropped or broken i would instantly clean it up with a dust pan and brush and would hoover after.
- Cleaned glasses with dishwasher machines to maintain hygiene compliance.
- Greeted new customers, answered their questions in a positive manner and took food and drink orders.

- Communication: This is because i used to take individuals' orders and greet them when they come in and make small talk Also while doing the community centre project i had to talk to people and meet people who worked there
- Confidence: This is because i can talk to people with confidence and create conversations with people I also ask loads of questions when I'm confused about something because i believe every question is not a silly question
- Time Management: I always am early, i make sure i am by getting an earlier train or telling the person who is dropping me off that i need to be there 10 mins earlier, sometimes i am late but that's due to the train schedule, but i learn and get the earlier trains
- Reliable: I am always reliable to everything because i follow through on my commitments and whenever i have any work i make sure it is due on in time or earlier
