I am a very hard working, driven, passionate and dedicated person. I have spent 6 years building my dog grooming business and client base, as well as continuing to build my own skill and knowledge within the dog grooming industry.
I attend multiple seminars and training days each year and also compete in dog grooming competitions regularly both online and in person. I have had some great success in these competitions and am a multi-award winning dog groomer. I enjoy both competing and attending training opportunities as I pride myself in ensuring I take on feedback to further better myself within the dog grooming industry.
I am very capable of organising and running my own business. This includes answering customer enquiries, keeping on top of client records, managing finances/taxes, maintaining my salon to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, managing my grooming assistant and always ensuring a high standard of care and quality.
I would love the opportunity to further progress my career by going into teaching the new generation of dog groomers. I believe i have the skills, communication and knowledge to ensure students are given the best possible education by using the most up to date knowledge of techniques, products and equipment.

I am working towards my level 3 city and guilds qualification in dog grooming and will be sitting the exam in November. I only completed my level 2 due to COVID and so I ensured to keep up with my training by attending seminars and training days to further my learning and improve my skills.
